Application and selection process
Account: Click on 'Apply' and create your account on our recruitment platform by following the instructions.
Online application: Submit your application by providing all required information and selecting up to 3 projects that interest you most from the list below. After submission, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your traineeship application has been successfully received.
Pre‑selection: Your application will be reviewed based on the eligibility, essential, and desirable criteria outlined in the vacancy notices. The assessment will be carried out using the information you provided in your online application.
Interview: If pre‑selected, you will be invited to an online interview to assess your suitability against the vacancy requirements, including the technical and soft skills relevant to the traineeship, and to discuss your expectations. The selection board will also evaluate your English proficiency at C1 level.
Offer: Candidates who best match our requirements and project needs will receive an offer for the traineeship.
Outcome: All applicants who are not offered the traineeship will receive a notification about the outcome of their application at the end of the process.
