Public procurement and grants
Som ett av Europeiska unionens organ är Cedefop en juridisk person som kan ingå avtalsförbindelser med personer, företag och andra rättsliga enheter. Centrumet omfattas därför av bestämmelserna i budgetförordningen för Europeiska unionens allmänna budget, Cedefops budgetförordning och de relevanta EU-direktiven om upphandling för tilldelning av offentliga kontrakt och bidragsavtal, och uppfyller de grundläggande principerna om öppenhet, likabehandling och icke-diskriminering, bredaste möjliga konkurrens, proportionalitet och sund ekonomisk förvaltning.
