The aim of this invitation to tender is to commission a study, which will map and comparatively analyse the implications of learning outcomes approaches on assessment methodologies in initial vocational education and training. The study will provide an overview and comparative analysis of assessment methodologies in initial vocational education and training in the 32 countries participating in the Education and Training 2020 strategic Framework (“ET 2020”), as well as an in-depth analysis of 10 case studies. The study will elaborate a set of conclusions to inform European and national policy and research.
