Public procurement and grants
Stredisko Cedefop má ako agentúra Európskej únie vlastnú právnu subjektivitu a môže vstupovať do zmluvných vzťahov s osobami, spoločnosťami a inými právnickými osobami. Vzťahujú sa naň preto ustanovenia nariadenia o rozpočtových pravidlách, ktoré sa vzťahujú na všeobecný rozpočet Európskej únie, nariadenie o rozpočtových pravidlách strediska Cedefop a príslušné smernice EÚ o verejnom obstarávaní pre zadávanie verejných zákaziek a dohôd o grante. Pri svojej práci uplatňuje základné zásady transparentnosti, rovnakého zaobchádzania a nediskriminácie, čo najširšej hospodárskej súťaže, proporcionality a správneho finančného hospodárenia.
