B-Brussels: follow-up of Copenhagen process: research into forms of individual career development and continuing vocational training (CVT)

The project entails developing a methodology and carrying out a survey of the continuing training habits of individuals in working in selected sectors/services (with various sized enterprises) and in selected European countries.

The purpose of the research is to study the career and occupational patterns of individuals, starting with their initial training and following on to the types of learning/CVT they engage in, both inside and outside the workplace.
