The purpose of this invitation to tender is to launch a study that aims at identifying and examining well-rounded established and/or experimental guidance measures/initiatives to support school completion and education-to-work transitions of young people at the risk of dropping out of mainstream education and training (incl. early school leavers re-insertion into education and training as well as prevention of early school leaving). The study will cover the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
