Main objective of the seminar

The main objective of the seminar was to discuss policies and practices as well as to explore solutions to challenges faced by vulnerable adult learners (migrant and ethnic minorities, low-skilled, unemployed and older people) accessing the labour market. The event brought together 40 organisers and participants of the study visits, representatives of initiatives identified as examples of good practice during the visits, experts on the themes and representatives of the national agencies. They had relevant experience and substantial expertise in areas contributing to labour market integration of disadvantaged groups at local, regional, national and European level.
