In November 2026, Cedefop and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) will organise the sixth Policy Learning Forum on upskilling pathways for all adults.
The event will take place at the EESC premises in Brussels, on 9 November 2026 (09:30–17:00 CET) and on 10 November 2026 (09:00–13:00 CET).
The event is part of the European Skills and VET Week, an initiative from the European Commission, organised by Cedefop. The Week aims to boost the visibility and attractiveness of vocational education and training (VET) and adult learning in the EU.
Policy Learning Fora (PLF) on upskilling pathways are a series of policy learning events aimed at providing a platform for countries to share experiences and explore common challenges in upskilling adults.
The Sixth Policy Learning Forum (PLF) on upskilling pathways will focus on understanding participation in adult training and discussing forward-looking approaches to supporting lifelong and life-wide adult upskilling.
