Cedefop, 2023
The 2023 competition is part of the European Year of Skills activities. It is exclusively addressed to teams of learners in vocational education and training (either initial or continuing vocational training later in life) in the European Union, Iceland and Norway. Each team is expected to produce a video clip of up to 60 seconds with a strong message on ‘European Year of Skills: share your skills!’ and an accompanying narrative of up to 100 words.
