Quality in VET in European SMEs: A review of the food processing, retail and tourism sectors in Germany, Ireland and Greece

Addressing the issues of learning in SMEs and of sectoral needs, the present Cedefop study sits at the intersection of in‑company and in‑sector competence building and development.

It also provides a series of recommendations on how to connect the world of training to the world of SMEs and the labour market.
