Working longer trough better working conditions and new modes of work and career organization

In association with the European Commission and the European Dublin Foundation, the Belgian Presidency is organising an high level conference about the quality of working conditions as part of new time and career organisation methods.

The themes tackled by the conference will mainly be examined by stating that the extension of the working career is a response to demographic challenges.
