Speeches will address the state of the art in School, University, High Education, and Life-long Educaion applications of e-learning tools and methodologies with an eye on impact of these on teachers and learners and on new pedagogical issues.

e-Learning in Health
Speeches will address the state of the art in applications of e-learning in the health system, both public and private, with an eye on impact of these on Continuing Medical Education and training on new methodologies of treating diseases. the final agenda will be confirmed later in October and update based on final accepted papers

Session B

e-Learning and Public Administration
Speeches will address the state of the art in e-Learning applications to education and training of government employees and officials and the new issues and methodologies being developed and tested.

e-Learning in SMEs
Speeches will address the state of the art in applications of e-learning in education and training of workers and managers in small and medium enterprises, with an eye on the cost effectiveness compared to traditional training.
