The Continuing Vocational Training Survey (CVTS) is acknowledged to be one of the most reliable and comprehensive reference sources for data on CVT at the European level, thanks to its regularity, content, scale and high quality. It covers enterprises with 10 or more persons employed, operating across the majority of the private business economy.
The latest CVTS data, covering all EU Member States, North Macedonia, Norway and Serbia for 2020, cover the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and the widespread associated lockdowns.
Therefore, this report also identifies, to the extent possible, the pandemic’s effects on CVT provision in enterprises, reporting on trends and patterns in CVT provision during the current challenging context, characterised by uncertainty and external shocks.
