The procedure is in two stages: 1- Request to participate (application)/pre-selection; 2- Submission of tender and interview/award of the contract.
Candidates are requested to send a request to participate including all exclusion and selection documents listed in the attachments.
Deadline for submitting requests to participate (applications): 09/11/2007 (17 h00 local time for hand-delivered applications).
Only candidates meeting the requirements of the exclusion and selection stage will be selected and included in a shortlist of candidates. These candidates will in a second stage be invited to submit a tender and to attend an interview in English mid-December.
