Knowledge exchange seminar on early leaving from education and training

This knowledge exchange seminar is co-organised by Cedefop and the World Bank. Its objective is to discuss findings of Cedefop’s study on the role of VET in addressing early leaving from education and training (ELET) and its applications to related policies and programmes in Romania.

The study's findings may help the governments of this country to better understand:

• the broader European context and the size of the phenomenon;
• the key features of successful measures in other European countries;
• and the conditions needed for mainstreaming and upscaling their own good examples of practice.
