Education ministers will, in public debate, exchange views on numerical targets for education policies within the new EU strategy for jobs and growth. Their discussion will prepare the decisions in this regard by the European Council on 17 June.
In this context, ministers may also refer to the state of play regarding the setting of national education targets.
