Public procurement and grants
Cedefop ima kot agencija Evropske unije lastno pravno osebnost ter lahko sklepa pogodbena razmerja s fizičnimi osebami, družbami in drugimi pravnimi osebami. Zato zanj veljajo določbe finančne uredbe, ki se uporabljajo za splošni proračun Evropske unije, finančna uredba o Cedefopu in upoštevne direktive EU o javnem naročanju za oddajo naročil in sklepanje sporazumov o nepovratnih sredstvih, deluje pa v skladu z osnovnimi načeli preglednosti, enake obravnave in nediskriminacije, najširše konkurence, sorazmernosti in dobrega finančnega poslovodenja.
