The purpose of this contract is to support Cedefop in providing high quality, internationally comparable statistical evidence. This statistical evidence is used by Cedefop for monitoring, analysing and reporting on policies in the field of VET, lifelong learning and skills in the EU as a whole and in individual European countries (28 EU Member States; candidate countries; EEA countries). The contract foresees the provision of the following services:
1) Reviewing main developments in the relevant European and international statistical infrastructure and identifying/assessing emerging challenges and opportunities for high quality policy relevant statistical monitoring and analysis;
2) Ensuring the continued production of Cedefop VET Statistical overviews, which are key products for high quality statistical monitoring requiring regular updates;
3) Performing statistical analysis of datasets and presenting high quality and policy relevant statistical evidence in reports for publication by Cedefop;
4) Creating, documenting and updating ad hoc statistical datasets, through handling and processing of data, to be used as statistical information basis for selected Cedefop activities.

Deadline of submitting tenders: 15/09/2015 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).
