The European research overview (ERO) supports cooperation between researchers across Europe. The goal is to contribute to building a community of European researchers in vocational education and training (VET) and human resource development (HRD). ERO supports the exchange of knowledge and information for the research community and for policy makers and practitioners. It also promotes close collaboration with European and national research networks and research bodies. ERO operates through partnerships with European networks, research associations and research bodies. ERO encourages dialogue between VET and HRD traditions to foster European working-life values.
