In cooperation with the European Economic and Social Committee, Cedefop is holding an event to announce the findings of its latest skills forecast.
The forecast sheds light on:
- which skills willl be needed for tomorrow's jobs,
- which sectors and countries run risks of labour market imbalance,
- what are the implications for policy.
Since 2008, Cedefop has been producing regular skill forecasts covering all of Europe. The aim is to better understand and anticipate labour market needs, and to alert European and national policy-makers to future challanges.
