The European Commission adopted on 7 September 2007 a Communication on "e-skills for the 21st century: Fostering Competitiveness, Jobs and Growth" which proposed a long term e-skills agenda.
The objective of this service contract is to perform an evaluation of the implementation of the Communication on "e-Skills for the 21st Century".
