EuroSkills 2008 aims to create a new platform for the promotion of the skilled workforce, and skills and vocational education in Europe. EuroSkills 2008 as an event will contribute in raising the status of vocational education and craftsmanship in Europe on a strategic basis.
Thereafter the event will be organised every two years by a European Member State, alternating with WorldSkills. EuroSkills 2008 will take place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
