The conference has two main objectives:
- To test the hypothesis that a Quality Management System contributes to improving academic processes in teaching institutions, on the basis of results obtained by a sampling of these institutions.
- To present diverse experiences and best practices in the area of quality management and education, drawing on various types of institutions located in different countries throughout the world.
