The Workshop will start with a particular attention to the presentation of noteworthy experiences by some persons who have made the most of their skills in a professional context. Theory and practice of the Skill concept wil be also considered.
The Workshop will be mainly carried out with a pragmatic apporach: evaluation, management, development and certification tools related to skills and competencies will be examined and their application will be associated to the economic sectors of enterprise, civil service, bank and non-profit.
