Social dialogue and industrial relations

The seminar/study visit is jointly organised by Cedefop, the Portuguese Employment and Vocational Training Institute (IEFP) and the Portuguese Association of European Centre of Enterprises with Public Participation and of Enterprises of General Economic Interest (APOCEEP).

Representatives of main European Social Partners Organisations from several countries and sectors will gather to discuss the challenges and opportunities of Social Dialogue on European level in the context of global industrial, economic and labour changes. Visit to some enterprises and presentation of case studies from risk sectors will provide an overview of social partners roles and responsibilities in real life situations.

Action Plan for social partners involvement in change management will be elaborated by sectoral working groups. The participants will be encouraged to create networks for facilitating co-operation and development of new projects and initiatives.
