The European project 'Enter: Presentation and reinforcement of Entrepreneurship' is implemented by 8 partners from 4 different countries (Portugal, Greece, Romania, France). On behalf of Greece, the Vocational Training Centres (KEK) of the Technical Education Schools of Heraklion (Crete) and the Science and Technology Park of Crete participate in the project.
The aim of the project is the reinforcement of enterprising culture among pupils, students and professionals as well as entrepreneurs interested in the field of entrepreneurship and management.
The seminar will be implemented in two phases:
- Implementation of a specialized programme on entrepreneurship. The training programme is based on e-learning and will last 5 months. It is an interactive programme, based mainly on activities and exercises performed by the trainees either individually or in groups. The training programme includes the following themes: Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial plan, Communication, Marketing, Financing, Innovation Management, Intellectual property rights, Project Management and the Internationalization of entrepreneurship.
- Vocational guidance by mentors on the development of entrepreneurship. During the seminar trainees will be asked to develop their own entrepreneurial plan.
