Council of the EU - Education Committee

The Education Committee is the Council working group that prepares the items for decision by EU Education ministers.

Its work encompasses all levels of education and training, from preschool to higher education and adult education and training. Some of the issues for consideration during the Swedish Presidency are professional development for teachers, integration of immigrants in the education and training systems and the interaction between education, research and innovation in the 'knowledge triangle'.
