Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the minimum level of training of seafarers (Recast)

Directive 2001/25/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 April 2001 on the minimum level of training of seafarers has been substantially amended several time.

Since further amendments are to be made, it had to be recast in the interests of clarity.
