- ensuring equal opportunities for disadvantaged students;
- education for active citizenship and social integration of migrants and minorities;

The participants were provided with guidance on how to organise good quality study visits, e.g. on tools and guidelines, such as the handbook for organisers, the management information system - Olive, Cedefop’s online sources, publications and networks. They discussed and explored effective and creative ways of preparing, implementing, promoting the study visit and disseminating its results. They also worked together in small groups and created draft programmes for a visit, lists of frequently asked questions (FAQ) and answers for dealing with unexpected situations during the visit and promotion and dissemination plans for a study visit.
