Public procurement and grants
CEDEFOP, kaip Europos Sąjungos agentūra, turi juridinio asmens statusą ir gali sudaryti sutartinius santykius su asmenimis, įmonėmis ir kitais juridiniais asmenimis. Todėl jam taikomos Europos Sąjungos bendrajam biudžetui taikomo Finansinio reglamento, CEDEFOP finansinio reglamento ir atitinkamų ES viešųjų pirkimų direktyvų nuostatos, susijusios su viešųjų pirkimų sutarčių sudarymu ir dotacijų susitarimais, ir jis veikia vadovaudamasis pagrindiniais skaidrumo, vienodo požiūrio ir nediskriminavimo, didžiausios konkurencijos, proporcingumo ir patikimo finansų valdymo principais.
