The purpose of the call is to support Cedefop in the development and implementation of a short-term anticipatory system for employment in skills and VET demand, by (a) improving the information basis on skills and VET, (b) extending the number and type of skills anticipation methods, (c) evaluating the performance and reliability of the anticipatory exercises and their actual usability for building short-term policy scenarios and simulation exercises relevant for skills and VET policy making. The purpose of this call is not to replace Cedefop Skills Forecast but rather to complement it and provide intelligence at a more detailed level and more real-time, making use of the latest methodological developments and the new sources and types of data available.
