Public procurement and grants
Cedefopil kui Euroopa Liidu asutusel on juriidilise isiku staatus ja ta võib sõlmida lepingulisi suhteid füüsiliste isikute, äriühingute ja teiste juriidiliste isikutega. Seetõttu kohaldatakse ameti suhtes Euroopa Liidu üldeelarvele kohaldatavat finantsmäärust, Cedefopi finantsmäärust ja asjakohaseid ELi hankedirektiive hankelepingute ja toetuslepingute sõlmimiseks. Asutus tegutseb kooskõlas läbipaistvuse, võrdse kohtlemise ja mittediskrimineerimise, võimalikult suure konkurentsi, proportsionaalsuse ja usaldusväärse finantsjuhtimise aluspõhimõtetega.
