The British Standards Institute will award Cedefops library the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate.

To recognise the excellent quality of its services, the British Standards Institute will award Cedefops library the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate.

The presentation will take place on 26 May 2005 in Thessaloniki, Greece at the same time that Cedefop - the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training - celebrates its 30 year anniversary.

Cedefops director, Johan van Rens, said, This award demonstrates our commitment to excellence. It represents three years hard work by the librarys staff, who also deserve recognition for their drive to improve our Quality Management System and everything we do.

Cedefop is an EU agency based in Greece that provides information on and analysis of vocational education and training policy, research and practice. Most of the libraries services are available online and can be accessed through the Library link below.
