E-Learning & the way humans learn

They say that we learn something every day. Few people would deny this even though we may not always know that we have done. Furthermore, we may think that as far as learning design goes, we have no need to know about cognitive psychology. If however, this could help us to help others learn, then most of us would grab it with both hands.
