At this conference, requirements, challenges, solutions, and experiences in the area of professional training are presented. For the benefit of companies a number of speakers from companies as well as from research institutes and universities will take part to show the ideas of tomorrow.

As an international-oriented conference the main language is English but there are also two tracks in German.
