Now in its 9th year, Europes largest and best-attended event for emigrants leaving the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, Emigration Fair 2006 will take place Friday, March 10th, and Saturday March 11th at the Home Boxx Exhibition Center in Nieuwegein (near Utrecht) the Netherlands. In a world of increasing globalization where borders and time zones fade, emigration is common but can also be highly problematic. Emigrate 2006 meets the billowing demand for a complete spectrum of information crucial to ensuring successful relocation and enculturation around the globe. More than 100 market leaders will provide a vast array of services to the emigrant community, including international business and human resource professionals that provide key connections to worldwide career and business immigration opportunities.

In response to current economic needs, Emigrate 2006 is introducing as its major focus a World Job and Business Immigration Market that will provide immediate access to a databank of over 700.000 vacancies throughout Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada, as well as additional information about application procedures, temporary, government and volunteer work, business start up, settlement and other aspects of living and working in Europe and overseas.

A Living, Working and Business segment will provide a broad range of assistance pertaining to setting up a business in a foreign country, along with advice on real estate and all other aspects of relocation. Country pavilions, with various organizations, governments and service providers to the emigrant industry, will offer services and activities specifically geared to future emigrants, a number currently estimated at approximately 120.000 annually in the Netherlands.

Lectures and workshops, at no additional cost to Fair visitors, will be presented over the entire duration of the Fair and will cover a wide range of topics addressing cross-cultural, financial, career, family, health, networking and business strategies, and human resource management related to emigrant issues. A vast array of publications aimed at those planning to emigrate, will also be available
