The purpose of this Open Invitation to tender is to conclude Service Contract/s with the selected tenderer/s for each of the two Lots below: LOT 1: Training leave to promote VET in Europe Through this study contract (lot 1) should be analysed: 1) the paid training leave (with financial entitlements usually in the form of continuing salary payments); and 2) the unpaid training leave (with no financial entitlements). LOT 2: Payback clauses to promote VET in Europe This study contract (lot 2) should focus on the analysis of: 1) payback clauses for individuals (where employees reimburse all or part of the training expenses to their employer); 2) payback clauses for future employers (where employers hiring new employees reimburse all or part of the previous employer's expenses for training).
