The purpose of the study is to elaborate a methodological framework for the evaluation of ECVET implementation in Europe. This includes an assessment of the feasibility and the reliability of the framework through its pilot testing in three European Member States. Additionally the study will support Cedefop’s systematic annual monitoring and analysis of progress made by European countries (EU Member States, Norway and Liechtenstein) in implementing ECVET.
