Calls for expression of interest (CEI) on various ICT thematic fields

Supply, services or works to be provided will be conducted on the basis of contracts. Each time a contract is to be concluded, Cedefop will invite: all potential providers on the list, or only some potential providers, selected on the basis of appropriate pre-selection criteria to participate in future tendering procedures. Following successful tendering procedures, contracts will be established between Cedefop and the future provider.

The list drawn up following this CEI will be used solely for tendering procedures where the estimated value of the contract is below the ceilings laid down in the applicable EC public procurement Directives and in Cedefop internal rules.

The list will remain valid for 3 years from the date of dispatch of the notice for publication (29.06.07). Applicants may submit their application at any time during this period, except for the last 3 months (as per postmark).

• Applicants will be registered in the list after evaluation of their technical, economic and financial capacities.
• The evaluation will apply exclusion and selection criteria.
• Applicants will be informed of the result of their application.
• Unclear or incomplete applications may not be considered.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As per the attached cancellation notice, this call for expression of interest has been cancelled due to internal reasons. All applicants who have submitted an application have been informed in writing on 10.04.09.
