The present call for tenders aims at acquiring guard services for the security of the Cedefop premises. Additionally, specialised bilingual personnel of the security company will be providing assistance at the reception desk. In more details, the services to be acquired under the specific call for tenders are described below:
(1) Security services for the Cedefop premises in Thessaloniki, based on a predefined 24hours/7days schedule. These services will be provided by appropriate trained personnel of the contractor;
(2) Guard supervision patrol services;
(3) Reception desk assistant services.
This call has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union 2011/S 111-182195 of 10/06/2011.
Deadline of submitting tenders: 28/07/2011 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).
An optional on-site visit is planned to take place on 04/07/2011.
