The overall aim of the programme is to ensure equal opportunities in education and in the labour market for all the residents of Estonia, regardless of their mother tongue.
It also includes activities that focus on the vocational education system: supplementary Estonian language teaching for students of vocational education institutions subject to proposals by vocational education institutions and refresher training courses for teachers of vocational education institutions, in-service training and development of the advisory system and the development of the popular special purpose language portal - Kutsekeel - will be continued.
This program is funded by the European Social Fund and the Integration and Migration Foundation ‘Our People’ is appointed as the programme implementer.
