Knowledge 2005

Knowledge production and higher education in the 21st century is a joint conference between the South African Association for Research and Development in Higher Education (SAARDHE) and the NUFU-funded research network Productive Learning Cultures with researchers from Southern Africa and the University of Bergen, Norway.

The conference is the final conference in a series of three conferences, two of which take place in South Africa, namely, the conference on Indigenous African knowledge systems and higher education (Durban, June 2004) and the conference on The African university in the 21st century (Durban 2005).
