Education, youth, culture and sport Council

The Council envisages the adoption of four documents in the section dealing with education:

• Council’s conclusions on the mobility of language competence, 
• Council’s conclusions on the modernisation of higher education,
• Council’s resolution on a renewed European agenda for adult learning and
• Council’s conclusions on the level of reference for educational mobility.

It will include a debate among education ministers on how to make effective investment in education and training in times of crisis.

In the section on youth, the programme provides for the adoption of the document:

• Council’s Conclusions on the eastern dimension of youth participation and mobility
