Public procurement and grants
Cedefop on Euroopan unionin virasto, jolla on oma oikeushenkilöllisyys, ja se voi tehdä sopimuksia henkilöiden, yritysten ja muiden oikeushenkilöiden kanssa. Siihen sovelletaan Euroopan unionin yleiseen talousarvioon sovellettavan varainhoitoasetuksen säännöksiä, Cedefopin varainhoitoasetusta ja asianmukaisia EU:n hankintadirektiivejä julkisten sopimusten ja avustussopimusten tekemisen yhteydessä. Cedefop noudattaa toiminnassaan avoimuuden, tasapuolisen kohtelun ja syrjimättömyyden sekä laajan kilpailun, oikeasuhteisuuden ja moitteettoman varainhoidon perusperiaatteita.
