Το Cedefop, ως Οργανισμός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, έχει τη δική του νομική προσωπικότητα και έχει το δικαίωμα να συνάπτει συμβατικές σχέσεις με πρόσωπα, εταιρείες και άλλες νομικές οντότητες.
