EuroSkills forms an important stage on which Europe can profile itself to the world on the basis of a number of different skills.
The first EuroSkills competition will be held in 2008, hosted by the Dutch government in Rotterdam.
During the EuroSkills vocational competitions, the young skilled workers work on concrete multidisciplinary projects that demand the application of the latest skills innovations. The vocational competitions are supported by hands-on demonstrations conferences, workshops and presentations.
