Vladimir Kvetan, a native of the Slovak Republic, is Senior Expert in Skills Analysis and Forecasting since December 2009. A national expert in the Cedefop-coordinated network on skills, SkillsNet, since 2008, he now joins the Centre’s skills team for four years.

After completing his Master’s in Econometrics and Operational Research at the University of Economics in Bratislava, he joined the Institute for Economic Research (Slovak Academy of Sciences) as junior research fellow, developing macroeconomic models and conducting labour market and regional analysis.

From 2007 to 2009, Vladimir Kvetan was a national delegate to the European Economic and Social Committee’s Consultative Commission on Industrial Change.
