The specifications and requirements published under this Open Tender Procedure constitute a call for tenders for the provision of various ICT external services, divided in 3 lots:
— Lot 1: server and desktop administration, consultancy and technical support,
— Lot 2: ICT technical project management assistance,
— Lot 3: ICT systems security services.
The services that will be provided under the framework contracts for the 3 Lots of this tender procedure, are mainly permanent activities requiring high level of expertise to guarantee that processes, organisation, systems and tools ensure a stable ICT infrastructure in Cedefop.
This open tender has been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities 2010/S 133-203562 of 13/07/2010.
Deadline for submission of tenders: 24/08/2010 (17h00 for hand-delivered tenders).
The deadline for requesting clarifications (if any) from Cedefop is 09/08/2010. The answers to the requests for clarifications concerning this call for tender, will be published under this banner.
