Resources for training are scarce, so companies are encouraged to help provide training for their own employees. But how can they be sure they will achieve a good return on investment? And what about the time needed for training?
Cedefop is holding a workshop on 6-7 June to discuss, validate and complement the results of its upcoming studies on two regulatory instruments - training leave and payback clauses - that are designed to address the concerns of employers and employees.
