Meeting for the first Youth Summit for Tomorrow's Europe, 200 young people from the 27 Member States of the European Union adopted the Declaration of Rome on Sunday 25 March.
This four-page document contains a series of recommendations to the European institutions in the following areas: the future of the Constitutional Treaty, sustainable development, youth and education, the role of the EU in a globalised world, the European social and economic model, democracy and civil society in Europe.
